When we began the HBL Bank Limited project in Dubai, the client came to us with a clear vision they wanted a flagship branch that projected modernity, transparency, and confidence while harmonizing with the premium retail and commercial environment around it. From the start, our design conversations centered on balance: how to create a façade that stood out enough to catch attention, but not so much that it overpowered the brands it sat alongside.
