Al-Nahda Residents

When our client approached us, their brief was simple and bold: create a mid-rise residence in Al Nahda that renters would choose first for light, outdoor space, and a clear identity on the street. We began with long walks around the neighborhood, measuring sun, wind, and traffic noise. That early fieldwork set the tone. Every apartment would get a usable balcony, deep roof shade, and glass that protects from heat and sound without dimming the rooms. Together with the client, we tested dozens of massing studies. The stacked, offset terraces you see came from those workshops. Pulling the corners forward opened diagonal views, while stepping the slabs back gave privacy between neighbors. The dark glazed envelope keeps the profile crisp, and the warm metal frames stitch the floors together so the building reads as one elegant figure from far away. At night, discrete linear lighting along soffits and fins gives a calm glow rather than a billboard effect.

Al Mankool Residentials

When we began the Al Mankool Residentials project, the client’s vision was clear they wanted a development that felt practical, efficient, and timeless, yet still carried a sense of community warmth. Early conversations revolved around function first: how to maximize living space, ensure natural light, and keep maintenance efficient for the long term. From there, we explored a clean, modular façade that would give the building a modern, ordered rhythm, but without feeling sterile. The grid-like symmetry you see now wasn’t just an aesthetic decision it stemmed from countless discussions about cost-efficiency, long-term durability, and how to make every unit benefit equally from light and ventilation.

Dubai Residential

This Dubai Residential project was born from a client’s vision for a home that merged contemporary architecture with an intimate connection to the outdoors. From the first meeting, the client emphasized the need for natural light, clean lines, and spaces that felt both open and private. We began by studying the site’s orientation and surrounding context, allowing us to design cantilevered forms and expansive glass façades that capture panoramic views while preserving a sense of privacy. The collaboration was highly interactive the client was deeply engaged in material selection, favoring warm timber tones and sleek metal finishes that bring depth and texture to the minimal geometry. We balanced structural precision with a human scale, introducing layered balconies and planted terraces to soften the building’s edges. The result is a residence that feels light yet grounded, bold yet inviting a reflection of both our architectural intent and the client’s personal lifestyle.

Vista Point

This project is a modern high-rise commercial tower in a bustling urban setting. The architecture combines sleek glass facades with warm-toned structural panels, creating a sophisticated and contemporary appearance. Vertical lines are broken up by lush green balcony terraces that bring a natural touch to the design and enhance visual interest. At the base, large glass storefronts suggest retail or dining spaces that invite pedestrian interaction and contribute to a lively street atmosphere.

HBL Bank Limited

When we began the HBL Bank Limited project in Dubai, the client came to us with a clear vision they wanted a flagship branch that projected modernity, transparency, and confidence while harmonizing with the premium retail and commercial environment around it. From the start, our design conversations centered on balance: how to create a façade that stood out enough to catch attention, but not so much that it overpowered the brands it sat alongside.
